Community Guidelines

NXTT is a space for genuine connections. These guidelines exist to keep everyone safe and comfortable. By using NXTT, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Be Authentic

Use real photos — no stock photos, celebrity images, or AI-generated faces
Be honest about who you are — no catfishing or impersonation
One account per person — duplicate accounts will be removed
Be 18+ — we have zero tolerance for underage users

2. Be Respectful

Consent matters — don't send unsolicited sexual content
No means no — respect boundaries, both online and offline
No harassment — abusive language, threats, or persistent unwanted contact is not tolerated
No hate speech — discrimination based on race, religion, caste, gender, sexuality, or disability is prohibited
Be kind in Vibe Rooms — treat speakers and listeners with respect

3. Prohibited Content

Nudity or sexually explicit material
Violence, gore, or graphic content
Hate symbols or extremist content
Promotion of illegal activities or substances
Spam, commercial solicitation, or advertisements
Malware, phishing links, or scams
Content involving minors
Non-consensual intimate images

4. Safety Guidelines

Don't share personal info too soon — protect your phone number, address, and financial details
Meet in public places — for first meetings, choose busy, well-lit locations
Tell someone — let a friend know when and where you're meeting someone
Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave and report
Report concerning behavior — we take every report seriously

5. Enforcement

We enforce these guidelines through a tiered system:

⚠️ Tier 1: Warning

First-time minor violations (e.g., mildly inappropriate bio, borderline content). You'll receive a warning and the content will be removed.

🔶 Tier 2: Temporary Suspension

Repeated violations or moderate offenses (e.g., harassment, fake photos). Account suspended for 24 hours to 30 days depending on severity.

🔴 Tier 3: Permanent Ban

Severe violations (e.g., threats, CSAM, extreme harassment, scams). Account permanently banned with no appeal. Reported to authorities if criminal activity is suspected.

6. Appeals

If you believe your account was incorrectly suspended or banned, you can appeal by emailing nxxt.app@gmail.com with subject "Account Appeal — [your phone number]". Appeals are reviewed within 72 hours.

7. Reporting

To report a user or content:

Tap the ⚠️ icon on any profile or in any chat
Select the reason and provide details
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours
Your identity is never shared with the reported user

For urgent safety concerns, contact local law enforcement directly.
