Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NXTT mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by NXTT ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use NXTT.
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
- You must not have been previously banned from NXTT.
2. Account & Registration
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- One account per person. No duplicate or fake accounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any user
- Post sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content
- Use the Service for commercial purposes, spam, or solicitation
- Impersonate another person or create misleading profiles
- Upload content you don't have rights to
- Attempt to extract data or reverse-engineer the app
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
- Share other users' private information outside the app
- Circumvent any security or access controls
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
4. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, voice, text).
- By uploading, you grant NXTT a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service for the purpose of operating the app.
- This license ends when you delete your content or account.
- We may remove content that violates our guidelines without notice.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- NXTT offers optional premium subscriptions (Gold, Platinum, Queens) and in-app purchases.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable platform policies (Apple/Google).
- Payments are processed by Razorpay (Android) or Apple/Google (iOS).
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Auto-Vanishing Messages
- Messages are designed to auto-delete after the specified period (default: 24 hours).
- We cannot guarantee deletion from all devices if a user has taken screenshots or copied content.
- We are not responsible for content shared outside the app by other users.
7. Vibe Rooms
- Vibe Rooms are live audio spaces. Content is not recorded or stored by NXTT.
- Room hosts are responsible for moderating their rooms.
- We reserve the right to end any room that violates our guidelines.
8. Privacy
Your use of NXTT is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.
9. Disclaimers
- NXTT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that you will find a match or achieve any particular outcome.
- We do not perform background checks on users. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting people.
- We are not responsible for the behavior of other users, either online or offline.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXTT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to NXTT in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Bangalore, India.
- Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting nxxt.app@gmail.com.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account.
- We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
